I’ve told you about a couple of restaurants that have been caught twice with illegal workers well here’s a NISA store that’s been caught thrice.

The convenience store in Swansea is facing further fines after a suspected illegal worker was arrested following another visit by Immigration officers. I wonder if the store paid the other fines, plenty don’t.
Officers carried out a visit to the NISA Local, at Derlwyn, Dunvant, Swansea at about 5pm on 2nd October 2013.
Individuals were questioned to check if they had the right to be in the UK. As a result a 19-year-old man from India was arrested at accommodation above the store. The man, who is suspected of working in breach of his visa conditions, is in detention pending his removal from the country.
What’s particularly galling about finding this illegal is that officers have visited the business twice previously.
Two Indian men were arrested in 2011, the first for working illegally and the other for overstaying his visa. Two more Indian men were arrested in August 2012 for working illegally.
