Crawley’s Charlie Choys chose illegal workers

Posted: February 24, 2013 in British jobs for British workers, NHS WATCH

1Six illegal workers have been arrested following a raid by Border Agency officers on Charlie Choys, Crawley Leisure Park, at 17:00 on Thursday 21st February where they questioned staff to check if they had the right to work in the UK. They arrested six men aged between 25 and 55. Three Indians aged 25, 26 and 30 had overstayed their visas; two Indians aged 28 and 55 had entered the country illegally and a 37-year-old Pakistani was a failed asylum seeker. Ah well those staff can easily be replaced by all the Indians invited to the UK by Downing Street David Cameron.
All those arrested are currently in immigration detention while steps to remove them from the country at the earliest opportunity.

Here’s my daily NHS death item

A dental nurse died after ‘serious failings’ by paramedics called to her home, a coroner has ruled.
Sarah Thomas, 30, was found dead just six hours after ambulancemen told her she didn’t need to go to hospital, despite being ‘barely conscious’.
An inquest heard she would have survived if she had been taken to hospital – and been given simple injections.
