After a tip-off UKBA officers visited Orange Estates estate agency on Station Road in Hayes on Tuesday 11th October and questioned staff to check they had the right to work in the UK.

A 26-year-old Indian man was arrested for working in breach of his visa conditions. He is now detained pending his removal from the country.

Expect a new acronym ‘WEIW’ We Employ Illegal Workers to be part of the estate agency jargon.

Officers then moved on to the usual place where they find illegal workers, the catering business, this time it was the turn of Hot Spot Fish Bar on High Street in Harlington.

A 27-year-old Indian man was arrested for being in the country illegally after his visa had run out and a 21-year-old Indian man was arrested for working in breach of his visa. They are both in UK Border Agency detention awaiting removal at least bail wasn’t given to allow them to run for it.
