IlieCan you ‘adam and eve’ this, an Indian restaurant has been caught employing four illegal workers when only in July last year they were caught with five! It’s about time the business was shut down and the owner imprisoned for blatantly employing illegal immigrants.

UKBA officers visited Red Fox Indian Restaurant on Four Lane Ends, Tarporley, Cheshire on Thursday 7 April to question staff and ensure they had right to be in the UK.

Following checks, four Bangladeshi men aged between 21 and 36 were arrested for being illegally in the UK and have now been detained so that steps can be taken to remove them from the UK.

The Red Fox had previously been issued with a civil penalty notice for employing 5 illegal workers in July 2010. I wonder if they actually paid that fine?

Four men from India and Nepal face deportation after they were found working illegally at a Poole restaurant.

UKBA officers went to Georgie Porgie’s Buffet World, Yarrow Road, Tower Park, at 13:30 on Wednesday 7 April after receiving information that illegal workers were employed there.

Immigration checks revealed that the Indian men – aged 30, 32 and 35 – and the 25-year-old Nepalese man had no legal right to be employed in the UK.

All four were taken to Poole police station and they remain in detention pending their removal from the UK.
